Fair enough ..... then they get NOTHING, either in actual infrastructure OR in cash. And I occasionally 'repeat it' because maybe there are those who haven't read it before and I hate to see good money going to waste down a "black hole". They were so "smart" about removing those who actually did something positive for the peoples of their countries because they wanted to be INDEPENDENT, so now they must either stew in their own juice or do some "pulling up by their own bootstraps" and stop expecting first world countries to keep giving them cash handouts .... .... they believe that they are so "Equal", so therefore they shouldn't have a problem proving it ... One would like to think that that by raising the levels of education and skills and professionalism for the men and women in the street in these countries that they will eventually become more akin to the civilized and affluent parts of the world and can start joining the trading nations of the world so that business can thrive for ALL concerned ..... and the number of "basket cases" can be reduced.
