GJC: I agree, Reg S is not the best way of raising capital. I think the reason it was used is because it wouldn't require as much paperwork and DD as in a case with US investors. So I guess the trade-off was either keep postponing the merger and try to get US investors to sign up, or use Reg. S and proceed with the merger. Hopefully we'll receive some comments from Jack Arnold on this development. Milk
