Yep... Martha Stewart wasn't silent and explained her story to the public -- and as punishment, all of a sudden new crimes came into existence. Shameless - because they can. Interesting that despite the conviction and imprisonment her brand and her business survived, and apparently are doing well. Maybe her explanations worked.
