One way to quickly, and inexpensively add to the market penetration of Windows is to add it to every new TV beign sold.

Thereby inducing consumers to 'upgrade' their TV sets every 12 months? Do you really think people would do that? Granted, there is probably an easier way around this, but remember, a significant percentage of people can't even program their own VCRs.
