Although the Toluca Pacific fiasco happened over a year ago, there is still a significant residual effect because AXLE no longer has an investment banker to support the stock when it is under attack.
The lack of support form retail brokerage houses makes the stock an easy target. One way for the company to mitigate this situation is to institute a stock buy back program.
