great post from AG...from Seig First the ZEN board must submit their piece by April 5th then the concerned shareholders will be able to release their strategy. I agree with you we will want to see the plan from the concerned shareholders prior to making a decision. Having said that I am so disappointed we retail shareholders didn't take action sooner. We were fed BS and believed it. We basically allowed Aubrey to continue to depreciate this company over the last 3 years. If he miscommunicated updates about the met report and it's true JJ hasn't been working on it since last summer then he purposefully misled shareholders. Aubrey couldn't find funds to complete the met report but he found enough to pay his and other BOD's large wages and make sure he allotted more options! Lots of integrity there don't you think??? Something to ponder: Do you think AE wants the real reasons out there why Stowe and Mara left the company and why Brett Richards was removed from his assigned position so quickly???
