I will trade you a breakfast that I like when I believe I am in for a very active day.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
small steak (4 oz)
1 small onion
1 small red pepper
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
steak spice
olive oil

Slice the steak into thin slices (if the steak is slightly frozen the slicing is easier). Salt and pepper the steak slices and set aside..
Cut the onion in half and then into slices (not too thin)
Cut the red pepper into strips as thin as the onion..
Place the eggs in a small glass, add a small splash of water and with a fork mix the eggs together as you would do to make an omelette.

In a frying pan (I use a seasoned cast iron pan which is basically non-stick) add a tablespoon of olive oil and put on medium heat. Add onion and red pepper and cover the fry pan for about a minute..

Remove the cover, stir the vegetables, sprinkle with steak spice, add the steak slices, stir the mixture together, cover the pan for 30 seconds, lift cover and stir again and cover for another 30 sec... lift the cover and remove completely if the steak slices are brown on both sides, otherwise cover once more for 30 sec.

With the cover off turn the stove temp to very low and stir the eggs vigorously and pour them into the frying pan and stir the eggs into the mixture. Then pretend they are like scrambled eggs, with a spatula turn the egg, veg, steak slice mixture over until the eggs are cooked but not over-cooked.

Remove from the stove and serve immediately.

Very tasty no carbs and a filling breakfast.
Enjoy

I will check out your banana/egg/walnut muffin suggestion
