Doc, know anything about this issue that was posted on MF message board? I don't remember it coming up over here. Anyone? " Are you aware that there is a US Patent covering Electronic & Hardcopy Bill Presentment and that CKFR doesn't own or license it? In fact its currently not licensed even through the Patent owner is trying. I believe that lawsuits are going to be filed in the not to distant future. The Patent is #5,655,089. The Patent owner also has a copyright on the Consolidated billing format used or about to be used by all major players in the market."
