No, but I don't think the Democrats who are in power or were trying to get it were, or would be engaged in good government either.

For the most part in both cases. Its not anywhere close to none of them ever being for anything good. Very far from that indeed. But the overall you get a ton of stuff, no matter which party is in power, that isn't very good government at all.
