A couple of comments:
1. Everytime you post a message, for the sake of disclosure, you should remind readers, especially new ones, that you are fileing a lawsuit against OXHP.
2. It is pests like you, who have lost a couple of thousands even though YOU KNEW better than to invest in this company, especially after falling from $80 to $24, who get in the way of a billion dollar company and distract them from doing what they truly are there for, day in and day out, which is to run their business. Is it any wonder why they don't acknowledge your existance?? Being a shareholder is one thing, being a pest with a different motive is another. In my opinion, once you filed your suit, you lost any previlage that a true shareholder gets. Why should OXHP share info with you? So you could use it against them in cour?
3. Get real, loser.
