tonto: It would appear to me that the more things have changed the more they have stayed the same.

Compliance with 15c2-11 is determined by regulatory bodies not MM's or the officers of a publicly owned company. If the information given to some by Lori is what I have read then RMIL has not even taken the first step to being in compliance.

Your calls should be directed to the NASD, NASDAQ and the SEC with the the question to be answered ; What documents must a public company file with what agency before they can be considered as meeting filing requirements which will allow a MM to certify that they are in compliance with 15c2-11? More importantly, who determines whether what the company has filed has satisfied the filing requirement. One thing I am certain of is that it is not the filing company nor an individual broker/dealer. That much I have been told by responsible individuals at one of the above regulatory bodies.

Is no one concerned about yet another postponement of the money transfer? Weren't we told that the trading halt would have no effect on that step being completed?

As a matter of fairness, I have waited since last week when I received the information before commenting, just in case all the wild talk and speculation about a trading resumption turned out to have an iota of truth. The handwriting is on the wall for those who wish to read it.

I still wish the best of luck to all but a reality check indicates that it may take more of a miracle at this stage of the game for the shareholders to be spared.
