Since we had balanced budgets a few years ago I think it's safe to say the massive tax cuts combined with trillions of spending on wars (based on lies about WMDs) are the biggest problem. Clinton showed us how to fix this mess and republicans showed us how to create $1 trillion deficits when the economy is growing.
