or wasn't able to upgrade his skills for the information age... It's more complicates than simply that now IMO .. That was the case when we had say.. too many civil engineers in the late 60s early 70s.. they had to work as draftsmen.. now we don't really need draftsmen.. (draftspeople LOL).. Autocad made Swiss Cheese of them.. There are fewer jobs..
