We were talking about Hogg getting advertisers to leave the Ingrahm show which is how we got into TV censorship of bad language and if we should also ban "hate speech." I said this court is conservative and conservatives need hate speech to justify their existence since they don't have any successes to brag about.

This same Supreme Court says money is "free speech" even though it violates every concept of our democracy and undermines the core of the constitution. Now, only the rich can buy (influence) policy within the gop. Should the court ban "hate speech" since it also undermines our democracy? Yes. But that means fox news and talk radio would be shut down and the court can't do that because it exists to promote gop hate.
