Apparently, you have no concept of how much tax is generated by earned vs. unearned income. Out of 10 Trillion in gross income taxed on form 1040 (2014), 7 Trillion is earned leaving at most 3 Trillion unearned.

If you took 100% of the 3 trillion, you obviously couldn't come close to paying the bills.

I think you're going to need another plan.
