Obama insisted President Xi sign an extradition treaty which allows prosecution of even military personnel who use computer espionage or hacking to steal foreign technology - which a group in China's PLA was routinely stealing from US companies and universities.

The FBI Cyber Division provided the evidence needed to force Xi to sign the treaty and admit to what China's People's Liberation Army had been doing.

But Xi was furious and humiliated being called to the White House to sign the agreement.

In return China retaliated with petty fits like refusing to provide a stairway to Air Force One when it landed, so Obama merely used the exit built-in to the lower level of Air Force One. But Obama just shrugged this off because because he had done what America needed him to do as President. Not the sort of thing we could expect an emotionally-needy cripple like Trump to do.

Russia has discovered that low-information voters like yourself are a potential weak-point in western democracies and have understandably been trying to exploit you ninnies.

Being a rabid consumer of misinformation you're wholly uninformed about this accomplishment and merely think China hated Obama because he had dark colored skin or something equally amusing.
