Forced Unconscious Bias Training is the new trend in corporations and in Government appointments like judgeships. The research basis of this training is faulty according to some renowned psychologists, yet it is being widely endorsed. You can be sanctioned by having your job threatened, for refusing to use assigned pronouns, or for questing the validity of unconscious bias.

The idea of 'unconscious bias' basically suggests that your background, personal experiences, cultural context leading to your understanding of people in society do not adequately prepare you to make decisions for yourself.
