Legislation preceded this in Canada and may or may not be necessary in the US to continue forwarding the concept. Training people to reject their personal judgment in favor of prescribed thinking is close to forcing them to violate conscience.There may or may not be a grey area between retraining programs to force people to think one way (totalitarianism). I'll think on this for a while and maybe have more to say later.
