You are worrying about a boogeyman that doesn't really exist. They are just attempting to educate people to be NICE and judges to be fair! It is not going to lead to totalitarianism-lol!

The problem with people is not "forced unconscious bias training, it is run of the mill garden variety ignorance.

We got Trump because we have too much ignorance in this country and for no other reason at all!!

Our society needs to build and fund more affordable schools.

In Canada you are compelled by law to use the gender pronoun any individual chooses for themselves. This type of legislation imposes a barrier to the basic problem solving utility of free speech.

Legislation preceded this in Canada and may or may not be necessary in the US to continue forwarding the concept. Training people to reject their personal judgment in favor of prescribed thinking is close to forcing them to violate conscience.There may or may not be a grey area between retraining programs to force people to think one way (totalitarianism). I'll think on this for a while and maybe have more to say later.
