Compelled thinking or compelled decision making rubs me the wrong way. The obvious examples are compelling people to select PC over their own thinking/feelings about things, which is already widely accepted. Example: We did good because we elected the first black president, rather than, we did good because we selected the best candidate to represent us. Maybe people thought Obama was the best candidate but that is not how many defended their choice.
