You have obviously never been bothered by the idea of being compelled to think, act, or make decisions according to an ideological dogma, at least if it were according to left wing ideals. Your over stated objections to republican ideology, or religious ideology is obviously a reaction to the 'other' extreme ideologies that you weren't indoctrinated under. The left wing rat has tried to help you see that and has failed, as have others. You like the drum beat and stepping in time. It's ok with me but let's be honest about it, a totalitarian left would suit you just fine.
