My stepdad 82 is taking meds for diabetes type 2 and his heart, prostate, and blood pressure. A big part of his routine is walking everyday or going to the community fitness center if the weather is bad. He also has arthritis, but doesn't medicate it because he doesn't want to take too many pills. As it is, his exercise is enough for him to deal with the arthritis. Josh * * *
