yes, the food companies are deceiving us, aided and abetted
by government.

the canada food guidelines still promote vegetable oils and
warn against the good fats as we know them. and while some
of us know the difference the vast majority are being duped
by the propaganda.

and health costs soar
and the populace is getting sicker
and lobbyists continue to be effective
