Adds to positions:

BEN. For equity/fixed income managers, metric I use is assets under management. BEN has $744B AUM and enterprise value of about $7B. EV:AUM at 1%, makes this stock undervalued imo. However, I believed same when price was higher.
ETF's, passive investing -- maybe this makes the metric no longer useful as a value guide.

GOV. Add as stock hits new 12-mo low. Sucked in by large distribution - now at 14%. This can't stand -- something not right. Otoh, I see no adverse news and the distribution has been fixed for several years.
Have held a small position on&off for many years. I've never trusted management - they do not seem to be aligned with outsider shareholders.
