Milk, one more thought/questions for Jack...

Were any provisions put in place in the Reg S offering that would prevent "the offshore investors" from selling short now and locking in profits. $500,000 equates to a lot of shares (~25MM). 41 days before Reg S shares can be sold is not very long...What is CVIA doing NOW to prevent any shorting and raise money to buy back those Reg S shares (again within the next 41 days)?

Regulation S securities, more commonly known as "Reg S," is a highly profitable investment opportunity for non-U.S. investors. An investor can easily make 200% per year in this market. How is it done?

- The shares must be held for a period of 41-days
- The typical built-in discount is 30%
