To control and balance our budget, there are only 3 line items that matter: Social Security, Medicare, and the Military.
Truer words have never been spoken.

All the other stuff, like Meals on Wheels and Planned Abortionhood and the arts and fixing our "crumbling infrastructure" (another favorite slogan of big government), are being funded with pocket change.
