CCB news isn't life changing for either the company or investors. When news like this happens it causes a short blip and then sags down to where the market thinks it should be...except for the newbies who got excited and bought at market and then watched as it dropped back from .155. It is merely an indication that the process has finally gotten off the starting line and is now going to wind it's way thru the legal system. And so it goes. No surprises here, and the council's lawyers will try to draw this thing out for as long as possible as they know the council screwed up. Delay delay delay. The oldest legal tactic in the world. At least the lawyers make money.
