Yes...of course, schools need money to operate. I had a brain fart when typing.

But just because there's a school doesn't mean the kid gets an adequate education.

How hard a concept is that to get?

How much money would satisfy the schools. We're already spending about 50% of the state's budget on education. It doesn't matter how much we give them, they will never be satisfied and our return on investment doesn't reflect that spending.
