Your statement isn't very coherent, but I guess I with the context I can decipher it to something like "Current forms of morality or current moral beliefs, are not possible without formal schooling".

That is at least a coherent assertion, unfortunately a false assertion. It at least makes sense but it simply isn't' true.

Show me one place on earth that had current ideas of morality before 1700!

That doesn't serve as an argument for your point. The passage of time != formal schooling. There were educated people with many years of schooling before 1700, there are plenty of people with little or no formal schooling in 2018.
