SAN FRANCISCO, Jan 13 (Reuters) - BancAmerica Robertson Stephens analyst Elias Moosa raised his earnings estimates on Vitesse Semiconductor Corp due to an expected increase in revenues. said the company's new facility in Colorado Springs, Co. could begin production in the June quarter and contribute between $5 million and $8 million in revenues. raised earnings per share estimates for 1998 to $1.23 from $1.16 and for 1999 to $1.53 a share from $1.37 a share.
