Well various pundits have been claiming the same, and I'm wondering if I'm not understanding something about the Fed Court system in NY. I do know from the Stormy Daniels suit against Trump, and interstate suits can be popped up to Fed Court (this is civil cases however) because of location, so Fed Courts do hear issues that are not per se Federal law issues.
