Its always a pleasure to see CL posting. Still not sure how his boss is going to convince the courts that CCB was damaged by a municipal council decision.

Judge, "Mr. Donut how was your Miller deposit damaged by the town council decision? Mr. Donut, "Your Honor the council decision does not allow us to mine the deposit." Judge, "Mr. Donut, what exactly will you be mining at the Miller site?" Mr. Donut, "your Honour CCB will be extracting our world class graphite from the Miller site". Judge, "Mr. Donut, I have been checking the Sedar fillings and CCB has yet to produce a proven resource at the Miller site". Mr. Donut, "Your Honour we will be doing more drilling to prove up our resource". Judge, "Mr. Donut, is it true that you are drilling into narrow veins to attempt to prove up your deposit?" Mr. Donut, "yes your Honour the past drilling has taken place in narrow veins and we will continue the process". Judge, "so what you are telling me, is for the last many years, you have been drilling narrow veins with no success at proving up a resource. And now you are going to continue drilling into similar narrow veins and you believe you will be successful? Mr. Donut, "Yes your Honour, we believe we will be successful". Judge, "Mr. Donut, have you ever considered that the definition of insanity is continually repeating what went wrong the first time? Case closed Mr. Donut, you lose".
