Over on the Free Spew Board Facts and the Chief are loudly proclaiming their "success" with the CCB vs GSLR legal proceedings. You know the one where a company thinks it is going to use an Inferred resource to try and claim "damages" If you read the CCB NR you will see that the Court has stated... "After adjudicating on the two motions above, the Court set a schedule of deadlines to be met until the hearing of the judicial review". Wow that is a major decision in your favour. Hopefully the schedule of deadlines doesn't extend too many years into the future. Then let's hope the Court Case only lasts a decade or less. Hilarious. WB
