GOV. For me, for the times I've been in, I got out at a higher price - 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017. In 2017 some shares were sold at slight loss (overall a gain though in 2017). Plus, I received those dividends/distributions while I held.

Therefore I'm willing to go at it again with stock price now down again, although I've still got those misgivings about management.

I don't have that much conviction for anything other than a relatively small bet. Otoh, if stock continues to fall and no adverse news is forthcoming, then I'd like to believe I might make further buys.
