I see that one of the Dissidents (Eric Wallman) has identified himself as the poster I_C_Deadpeople So he is one of the folks who believe that they can "outvote" the existing BOD and place 3 members (including himself) on the ZEN BOD. I guess he has forgotten or changed his mind since he posted: Message 30771248 "The insiders own a large chunk of the shares in Zen, but more importantly they 'control' well over 50%. That is, the shares are in the hands of those who will support the directives of the BOD as long as those directives are reasonable." Mr Wallman, I have a strong suspicion that the existing BOD will not be supporting your bid to replace them. They will probably not view it as "reasonable" You claimed the insiders "*'control' well over 50%"* of the voting shares. Why are you raising false hopes (an AE staple) and wasting shareholder's time?? Hey, I just realized - "Raising False Hopes and Wasting Shareholders Time" actually make you a natural for the ZEN BOD
