Big_Tim just posted: "AE has only 60k of his own money in zen. The rest was given to him."

Big_Tim - where did you come up with the $60K amount?

I can only assume that you pulled it out of your A$$.

Let me help you and the ZEN shareholders that you have misinformed.

AE has 4,591,429 ZEN Common Shares- Of that amount he purchased 20,000 at $0.50 each on Jan 10, 2011

He invested $10,000.00 out of pocket (NOT $60K). The remainder, (4,571,429 shares), as you said "was given to him". They were FREE

AE has 800,000 ZEN Options that he issued to himself to replace the 800,000 that expired - some of which were in the money when they expired. They were FREE

AE has 33,375 ZEN Warrants that he issued to himself for pledging to purchase 133,500 shares as part of the RO Backstop. He did NOT purchase the shares but awarded himself the warrants anyway. They were, therefore, FREE.

Big_Tim - Learn how to use SEDI and SEDAR. It will help to disguise the fact that you are clueless.
