In typical AE/BOD fashion their appeal for our votes is too little too late. In terms of what they claim to have accomplished in the past and in the present, as well as their commitment to looking out on the behalf of us shareholders, I almost see them as Big Brother-Orwellian - vomiting forth an embellished sermon of BS accomplishments which will serve to sustain their salaries and maintain the status quo. I love how the current BOD will present the "risks to the company that might arise by accepting the requisitioning shareholders’ proposal." --- Sure there are risks, but the greater risk is the continuation of implementing a motionless business plan that has been stationary for five years and reveals nothing to shareholders about altering its non-moving course in the future. AE only focuses upon the 'risks' of those who oppose HIS self-accomplished abilities without seeing what we all grasp in relation to his inabilities --- Clearly he lives in a house that is absent of mirrors.
