Their US patent that has already been approved also covers both the drug and the delivery system. So in this case the assumption turned out to be correct. Afaq, If there were a U.S. patent, there would be a U.S. patent number and it would be searchable on the IBM patent office search engine. Either I'm missing something, or no one on this thread to this date has found a U.S. patent number for HVSF or anything thru the IBM search engine. Next time you speak to HVSF mgmt., perhaps you might get them to divulge this important piece of information, if it exists. (When I have an opportunity, I certainly plan to call HVSF on this...I should have done so long ago.) Gary Korn
