TO ALL: RMIL has filed nothing that will allow them to be in compliance with a resumption of trading. It IS NOT up to sharpe to file anything other than an acknowledgement that they have ascertained that the necessary information to put RMIL in compliance has been filed and met the REGULATORY AGENCIES' requirements and that CURRENT AUDITED FINANCIALS (specifcally a 10K for the latest reporting period) have been filed AND ACCEPTED by the regulatory agencies

Calling the number listed for the company will get no other information other than what they want you to hear. Calling the proper people at the proper agencies and asking politely the right questions (ones which they are not only allowed to answer but will willingly answer) will get you salient facts not hogwash.

I note that Joey K and others keep telling us that they filed all the forms but identifies none of them. That amounts zip in my book as far as useable information.,

As a caveat to all who choose to call these agencies it is not bothering them to ask proper questions but they are restricted from giving legal resonses or analysis.

All I see at this point in RMIL burying itself deeper and deeper in hot water.

Sorry for the harsh tone but there is the reality of the situation and there is the fantasy. Take your choice.
