hex;
1.yes, it is. I still don't get it, but I'm kinda tired.
2.Geez, I have no idea. My general feeling is that people make much more of the internal machinations (cool word, huh?) of the big houses than is really happening. They pay big money for people that can perform well...and continue to do so. But the big firms are not some nebulous ball of evil; they are pretty much people like other people; some good, some not so good. I just don't feel like it's a "giant conspiracy" to fleece the "little guys", although the options markets make me wonder sometimes. When all is said and done, it's nothing but a big game, a friend of mine calls it "Nintendo for adults". Ya pay your money and ya takes your chance. (The rules are kinda complex though.) Seems to me that when a guy makes money, he's the genius, when he loses, he sometimes has to find something to point the finger at so nobody knows that he made the wrong call. Everyone is responsible for their own shinola, eh?

Is it "hexonics" -the language of casting spells? I give.
