Kerm/Timing.
Recently I was in contact with Gordon Currie, the oil Analyst at Canaccord Capital in Calgary. He too is bearish for the first 6 mths of the year. Amongst the Seniors he presently has an "accumulate" on Talisman because of its big International finds in Indonesia/Algeria.
Because of the political turmoil in those countries , I would consider that more risky than something closer home.
