Hello. I lost alot (ahelluvalot) of money last year on a company that
was nearly murdered by short sellers, including millions of naked. Tonto
was in the thick of it for a long time and then she just vanished. I
decided to find out what she was up to recently and I'm not surprised to
find her involved in an all-out attack on a company and its
shareholders. I read well over a hundred posts on the RMIL thread and it
smells like the same squad of people that have made a fortune at
shareholders expense in several companies now.
I don't know the RMIL story and would appreciate an abreviated version
of what is going on in your opinion. Also, if you believe there are
naked shorts, how many? Who? Also, do you know who the mm's in the stock
are?

This is a well-oiled machine we are fighting against here, SMARTIN, Kugler, Tonto....these are all 'PLAYERS'...Tontos' history is with GIFS speaks for itself, Ask Tonto about a 'stolen' briefcase from a CEO, see her response. s martins' history of working 'tandem' to sink stocks w/ large short positions on SI has been well-documented here. There is no suit filed in Calif. for California residents as Kugler suggests, and the civil case is not dead ( as I suggested ), but it may as well be, Zapara has filed 2 Motions to dismiss and to Demurrer, meaning to dismiss because the claims are 'groundless'. I admit to my mistakes for the sake of credibility, Kugler won't admit to his, nor will he admit that RMCW can excercise its' rights on MVPH's assets, the 8K does not state that MVPH gets a free ride.
Check out Tonto's work on GIFS and SOLVX....this is NOT an OBJECTIVE or IMPARTIAL person, she has just had run-ins before and is walking the line.
