Hi Fintas, It ultimately should be determined in how the senior debt holders of the company want to move forward. There is such a blizzard of corporate filings...... that I am not incentivized to keep up with it on a day by day basis. NVDA will prove to be a more exciting and profitable company for common stock holders......... IMHO. John
