Without cause.....From the recent discussion with some interesting folks proving cause for termination will be very easy;)... just another scare tactic used to try to bully and intimidate retail shareholders. on the other hand ....even if there is the off chance that the corporation pays this bad faith clause....does it really matter? if the arrogant newf stays zen pays and if he goes without cause zen pays....in both cases the results are the same! vote for the yellow proxy and let's get rid of the arrogant moxie!
