Ce projet est à Rouyn-Noranda. Il a été "targetté" par la coalition anti-mines de Mourial et un groupe d'opposition local, dont un syndicat . Il a fait l'objet de manifestations populaires d'opposition à laquelle assistaient un conseiller municipal et un candidat aux élections provinciales. Jamais le conseil municipal ne l'a supporté, comme il le fait pour le projet Horne 5 de Falco. En somme, si quelques autochtones peuvent arrêter un projet (Copper One), je présume que quelques allochtones peuvent le faire aussi. Reste à savoir si le gouvernemaman va compenser la compagnie comme il l'a fait dans le dossier de Copper One??
