A grade 5 student could argue in court that AE was damaging to the Zenyatta corporation and that he had to remove to protect the shareholders.
Why didn’t the BOD protect us shareholders? Their place holders for AE. Plain and simple that AE should be FIRED for running this company almost into the ground.
It will be up to AE’s lawyer to prove that he was removed without proper grounds. Simply a lost cause in my opinion.
