It should concern the shareholders Glorieux isn't smart enough to know he unknowingly revealed what he has been doing with his shares in the past. Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we endeavor to deceive. And on just cause for removal of AE: It is insane to think that there isn't a problem with the graphite, and that JJ has fixed the problem. That would have to have been released because it is definitely material info that is company changing. Therefore AE cannot be removed with cause. It isn't AE's fault the resource still needs work, and with even 20% of doubt about that, the courts would find no just cause for his removal. So pay up. Wishful thinking doesn't count.
