"It will be up to AE’s lawyer to prove that he was removed without proper grounds." Tim, that is not correct. If he is terminated the company has the burden of proof. And quite frankly just doing a poor job is not good enough. I have no clue what inside info there is but when claiming that you fired someone for cause you better have VERY good evidence because it is VERY hard to do.
