Just to summarize your good link to insider sales, 3 sales have occurred. These sales were for 251,300 shares with sales proceeds totaling nearly $3.6 million. The average sales price for the three sales is $14.31. Thanks James. Good link. I now see why the stock could not sustain $14. The stock can't take that kind of volume of selling pressure.
