Bennett, re Geron, telomerase, anticancer and today's announcement by GERN of telomerase activity induced in normal human cells.

"I think Cholchicine functions in cells that way or, quite similarly. Slows down cancer but, the side effects, as usual, are nothing to write home about."

I guess Cholchicine is not a human produced chemical then. But it seems likely that there is a mechanism to stop telemerase acting so cancer cells die off.

What is fascinating is that built into quarks, protons, electrons and those other little things is sufficient code to make everything. I guess they have code for non-cancer getting, long-living DNA with pretty good brain function able to produce even more amazing Si and Ga processing. And more?

[I've been doing too much off topic lately so thought I come over to my thinking about it bio-base].
